Active Stages performed last Saturday at the Ed Kenley Amphitheater. It was a really great show. This kids were so cute and did a fantastic job.
The two plays performed were The Spider and
the Bee and I Never Saw Another Butterfly. The Spider and the Bee is a play about the importance and differences of science and art. I Never Saw Another Butterfly is about life in the Jewish Ghettos during the Holocaust.
Thank you to everyone who came out to support these talented kids. Thanks to all the volunteers who were there helping out as well.
Thanks to Lindsay Hickman and Willie Richardson who sang the National Anthem. You did a great job!
